Pack the Items

Carefully place the jewelry in its original Maanesten box and secure it inside a protective shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest postal point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
